Even though the threat of Covid-19 is decreasing our focus is to ensure we consider all safety and safeguarding measures required for the public, crew, contractors and suppliers, artists and performers and those who live in the surrounding area, in all of our operational plans and processes.
We currently have no plans to impose any Covid-19 restrictions to this years event. This means no covid passport, testing or social distancing is necessary for this years event.
We will continue to work with our partners and colleagues at local and national level including government departments, to ensure we are as informed and prepared as possible.
We have carefully considered every outcome and have included extensive policy and procedures to help deal with any incidents regarding Covid-19 on site.
As always we encourage our audience to act as safe as possible including regularly hand washing and please do not come to the event if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. It is now all of our responsibilities to keep each other safe.

If Boomtown 2022 is postponed will my ticket still be valid?
Yes, if you have a ticket it will be valid for the next installment of Boomtown, whenever that may be. Please see the T&Cs here for more information.
If Boomtown 2022 is cancelled due to COVID will I be able to get a refund?
In the event of Boomtown being cancelled due to COVID, you will be eligible for a refund. You can find the full details on our cancellation policy in clause 1.5A of our T&Cs.
Can I get ticket insurance?
You can take out ticket insurance with Booking Protect. Please note you can only buy this at the point of purchase, unfortunately this is only available for new ticket purchases and cannot be added to previous bookings. Please refer to Booking Protect for full T&Cs.
Are there any plans for Covid passports/testing in order to attend?
At this time we have no plans to check covid passports or ask for attendees to test in order to attend the event.
