The Retreat is nestled in its own dedicated area within the Boomtown grounds. You'll find it signposted from the main walkways. Look for the bell tents and follow the calm.
We strongly recommend booking in advance as sessions fill up quickly, especially massage treatments and creative workshops. A limited number of walk-up slots may be available on the day, subject to availability.
You can manage your booking through Acuity Scheduling. Cancellations and changes are subject to our booking policy — check your confirmation email for details, or contact us directly.
Just bring yourself — all materials and tools are provided. For clay and silver workshops, we recommend wearing something you don't mind getting a bit messy. You'll take your finished piece home with you.
Bring your swimwear and a towel. We'll have everything else you need on site. Arrive 10 minutes before your slot to get settled in.
Retreat experiences are booked and paid for separately from your festival ticket. You can browse and book all available sessions through our Acuity booking page.

Yes! The Retreat is the evolution of The Rookery. Same spirit, expanded experience. We've added new offerings and reimagined the space, but the core — a place to slow down and recharge — remains the same.
