We wouldn’t program some of the best dance music well into the night if we didn’t expect people to go and watch it. The key is to repay your sleep debt.
What you borrow at 2 or 3 AM pay back the following day. Exhaustion at festivals can drag out your recovery time, and give you high stress levels.
Having a lie-in or putting in a time to get an hour's kip into your day can change the game up for you and your crew.
We’d suggest bringing an eye mask, earplugs, cosy blankets and a comfy airbed to make sleeping as pleasant as possible!
