If you are a Camp Orchid Downtown customer arriving by car, we are running a complimentary shuttle bus service to get you to your camp from your car parking on White (W) route. The shuttle bus service will be clearly signposted throughout the car park, making it easy to find your way to Camp Orchid Downtown. Please, do not try an enter through South gate.

We’ve been working hard to make arrivals smoother this year, and we’re excited to tell you about Camp Orchid Downtown.

This campsite has been specifically designed for anyone arriving by public transport. No more dragging bags across long fields and up hills to the original Camp Orchid on the other side of the festival.

Camp Orchid Downtown is right next to the Public Transport entrance, so you’ll pitch your tent and get stuck into the festival without the stress of a long trek.

We’ve created Camp Orchid Downtown to remove the need for Camp Orchid Customers to complete a second bus journey to reach Camp Orchid. So we’d recommend staying in Camp Orchid Downtown if you are planning to arrive by Shuttle Bus or Coach. There will still be a transfer bus for Camp Skylark customers arriving to Boomtown by public transport between the public transport hub and South Gate near Camp Skylark.

There is no car park near Camp Orchid Downtown. If you want to drive, there is a shuttle bus that runs from the Camp Orchid car park to the Camp Orchid Downtown entrance.

If you are arriving by a private hire coach, being dropped off or arriving by taxi, we’d recommend camping in Camp Orchid Downtown. If you need to change to Camp Orchid Downtown, follow this link.

Camp Orchid and Camp Orchid Downtown have the same facilities and benefits; the difference is the location. Camp Orchid is closer to the car park, so it's best if you are coming by car. Camp Orchid Downtown is close to the Public Transport Hub, so is best for customers coming by coach, shuttle or private hire vehicle. If you are arriving by car you can still access Camp Orchid Downtown by using the shuttle bus that runs from Camp Orchid Carpark to the Camp Orchid Downtown gate.

Camp Orchid Campervan Pass includes access to all of Camp Orchid’s amenities, flushing toilets, and a pamper parlour with hot showers, mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners.

You must purchase a Camp Orchid Campervan Pass wristband for each person staying in your live-in vehicle to access the Camp Orchid facilities.

All Camp Orchid Campervan Pass holders have access to a dedicated bar, seating area and flushing toilets inside the city. The Camp Orchid Campervan Pass is for access to facilities only; you will still need to purchase your festival entry ticket and your campervan pass for your pitch.

Camp Skylark is all about making life easy and letting you soak up the festival vibes hassle-free. 

From cosy bell tents to luxurious airstreams, we've got it all. Including flushing toilets, hot showers and pamper parlour with mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners. Get a full list of the Skylark Accomodations on our ticket page.

Relax away from the city and enjoy a morning coffee or sunset cocktail from Skylark’s boutique bar and chillout area. Skylark wristbands also grant you access to flushing toilets inside the city area.

Don’t forget, all Camp Skylark residents must purchase a Skylark Wristband. When you are purchasing your Skylark ticket each person who is attending needs to have a Skylark wristband. If you forgot to add any wristbands when you booked, don’t panic, the lead booker needs to log into their Kaboodle account and add them.

The Camp Orchid wristband is for access to this campsite only you will still need to purchase your entry ticket.

All festival entry tickets include access to our general campsites but there are a few options to upgrade your camping such as Camp Orchid or Camp Skylark.

All vehicles must fit within 5m wide x 7m deep pitch. Towing vehicles must fit within the boundary. For vehicles over 7m you must book two pitches.

All members of the party must have a valid festival entry ticket.

Price includes a £10 booking fee.
