Sasha Steppa hails from Bristol and heralds the new wave of sound systemselectas. From a young emerging, vital vinyl collector of strictly Roots,Reggae and Dub she has grown her presence in the UK & Europe over thepast 12 years. Sasha has been a vital pillar of the Bristol music scene forsome time and is now the first female in Bristol to launch a Roots and Duborientated soundsystem, built by the legendary QSS. Having performed atfestivals such as Glastonbury, Boomtown, International Dub Gathering,Dubquake, Teachings In Dub and Rototom Sunsplash, one of Europe’sbiggest reggae festivals, it’s safe to say that Sasha is playing her part inputting Roots and Dub Music on the map.
