Dub Pistols, led by Barry Ashworth, emerged from the 1990s big beat scene and have become one of the UK’s most enduring bands, now approaching their tenth album Enter The Sound (2025) with collaborators The Freestylers. Known for genre-blending dub, hip-hop, and drum & bass, they’ve worked with legends like Terry Hall, Rodney P, and the Ragga Twins. Despite industry setbacks and personal struggles, the Dubs have built a global following through relentless touring, acclaimed albums, and their own Mucky Weekender festival. With a live reggae album, vinyl reissues, documentary, and book coming, the unstoppable Dub Pistols continue their riotous journey.
