Akira is a London-based DJ and founder of Buntai, a collective established in 2021 that has carved out a distinct space within the UK underground. Operating at the intersection of sound, visuals and culture, he drives the vision behind the project, shaping a cohesive identity across music, design and immersive experiences. Rooted in bass-driven club music, his work centres on building a recognisable sonic and visual language that extends beyond the dancefloor. Through Buntai, Akira continues to develop a platform for forward-thinking artists and a new wave of UK club culture raw and built for heavy systems.

Jaz Imsky is a 23-year-old artist, channelling her expression through both sonically & visually. Known for her dark, bass-fuelled sound rooted in UK soundsystem culture, she blends dubstep, grime, garage, bassline, jungle, and 160+ BPM rhythms into high-energy, genre-blurring sets rich with low-end weight and emotional charge. Born in Singapore and raised in London, with Bosnian - Sri Lankan heritage, her identity inspires a fluid, globally-influenced approach to music - merging experimental sonics with underground innovation. Complimented by her visual art, she draws from ineffable experiences to alter states of consciousness. Whether behind the decks or through design, she crafts immersive worlds that connect body and mind. A core member of the Buntai collective and former Pirate Studios Resident DJ, Jaz has performed at major festivals including Boomtown, Outlook Croatia, and We Out Here, and venues Fabric London, Motion Bristol, and beyond. Internationally, she’s brought her sound to stages in Poland, Hungary, and Croatia. On air, she’s featured on BBC 1Xtra and Rinse FM. Her music has earned support from the likes of Mala, Hamdi, Simula and more.
