Book a Coach With a Voucher
This year to book onto your coach journey you will need to book onto a National Express coach by using a voucher.
You will need to redeem this voucher code in order to create your coach booking. Please read below on how to do this.
Your voucher code is valid from whichever location you originally booked from. Kaboodle will have sent your voucher to the email address you entered when booking your ticket.
How to Redeem Your Boomtown National Express Voucher
- Visit the National Express website – Click here to go to the Boomtown travel page.
- Select your journey – Use the journey planner to find the trip you originally booked with Boomtown and proceed to the next step.
- Go to the payment page – Once you've chosen your journey, continue through the booking process until you reach the payment page.
- Enter your voucher code – Scroll to the bottom of the payment page and click ‘Do you have a voucher code? Click here’. Enter your unique voucher code and confirm.(Please note only one code will be valid per ticket.)
- Receive your ticket – Your ticket will be sent based on your chosen delivery method, usually as an e-ticket via email.

Parking
You can purchase a car parking pass whilst making your initial booking or after you bought your ticket by logging into your Kaboodle account.
All parking passes are valid from the arrival date on your entry ticket. When booking, please enter your car registration in the allocated box on the extras page. If you don’t know the number plate yet, you can add it later by logging into your Kaboodle account.
Remember there are different car parks for Skylark and Orchid be sure to select the relevant car park to where you are staying.
Train
You can arrive by train with your public transport ticket.
The closest main rail station is Winchester which is about three miles away - National Rail Enquiries website has information for passengers with accessibility needs and the DPTAC also offers comprehensive advice for travellers with disabilities.
We run a regular shuttle bus from Winchester train station to the festival site. A timetable will be published in July via the Boomtown website. The shuttle service will be wheelchair accessible.
If you have a Public Transport ticket and do not arrive by public transport your ticket will not be valid for entry.
Private Hire Coaches
If you have booked your own private coach or minibus for you and your mates to come to the festival, you need to book a space to be dropped off at our coach park. The coach spot costs £85.
