What if the name on my ticket doesn’t match my ID?
We ask for ID that matches the name on your ticket to keep all Boomtown citizens safe and to prevent ticket fraud. This name also links to your RFID wristband and cashless account.
If your ticket name doesn’t match your ID (e.g. due to marriage, chosen name, or a pending legal change), contact access@boomtownfair.co.uk for support. Our team is trained to handle this with care and will help you get it sorted.

Boomtown is set in the rolling hills of Matterley Estate, a working dairy farm in the most westerly point of South Downs National park, near Winchester. Exact routing information will be sent with your ticket, please follow it carefully!
