Head of Commercial:

We need a Head of Commercial to lead the commercial strategy and commercial activity of both the festival and our exciting new event space based in Bristol. You will work to create new commercial partnerships and help to develop the business strategy and long-term financial strategy as well as bringing in new revenue streams. Your role will also form part of the Senior management team within Boomtown and hold responsibility for all aspects of the festival and venue's commercial activity and revenue. The role will oversee brand partnerships, bars, traders, restaurants, glamping and merchandise.

Head of Communications

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven Head of Communications who has a passion for live events, festival culture, arts, theatre and music and a love for writing. This role will develop, lead and oversee the execution of the communications strategy including digital, marketing, advertising and PR.  The primary objective is to provide strategic leadership to maintain and protect the brand identity and profile, build on existing audience engagement and actively strive towards cultural shifts in line with the festival's values and ethos.

Creative Producer

We are really excited to be looking for an experienced Creative Producer to lead the production of our creative channels. This vacancy that will form part of the senior management team within Boomtown and hold overall responsibility for delivering allaspects of the festival’s creative production including its theatre, music, set & stage build and technical production.

Freelance Graphic Designer

The company has a need for a freelance graphic designer to support ongoing design activity required for news projects that will run separately and alongside the festival. This is an upcoming vacancy that will form part of the core team within the organisation working on a freelance basis in conjunction with the Senior Graphic Designer, the Creative Director and the Head of Communications.
