Executive Assistant 

We are looking for an executive assistant for one of our Directors. For this role we are looking for someone who is self-starting, responsible and has an appetite for helping the Director feel organised. You will own your work, taking proactive responsibility for developing this role into what it needs so that the annual cycle of putting on the festival and other businesses can function successfully.

Job Description - Executive Assistant

Production Coordinator - Street Venues

We are in need of a Street Venues Production Coordinator (SVPC) to manage the operations, production, marketing and creative of the street venues, windows and hatches at Boomtown. The role also supports the Creative production team collating documents, data entry into Festival Pro and assisting with meals and tickets.

Job Description: Production Coordinator - Street Venues

Head of Commercial:

We need a Head of Commercial to lead the commercial strategy and commercial activity of both the festival and our exciting new event space based in Bristol. You will work to create new commercial partnerships and help to develop the business strategy and long-term financial strategy as well as bringing in new revenue streams. Your role will also form part of the Senior management team within Boomtown and hold responsibility for all aspects of the festival and venue's commercial activity and revenue. The role will oversee brand partnerships, bars, traders, restaurants, glamping and merchandise.

Site Manager

Boomtown Fair has a need for an experienced Site Manager to lead the Site design and delivery. This position holds responsibility for all aspects of the festival’s site design including contractors, crew and infrastructure; someone with strong communication skills who keeps everything on track and under control.

Site Procurement Manager

Boomtown Fair has a need for an experienced Site Procurement Manager to lead on the infrastructure procurement and departmental communication. This position works with the Site Manager to ensure all the site planning is in place including contractors, crew and infrastructure; it requires someone with strong communication skills who keeps everything on track and under control.

Job Description: Site Procurement Manager

Freelance Graphic Designer

The company has a need for a freelance graphic designer to support ongoing design activity required for news projects that will run separately and alongside the festival. This is an upcoming vacancy that will form part of the core team within the organisation working on a freelance basis in conjunction with the Senior Graphic Designer, the Creative Director and the Head of Communications.
