Coach & Shuttle Luggage allowance
For shuttle buses and coaches each customer is permitted one bag or suitcase per person (max 20kg, 75cm x 50cm x 32cm). This must be compact and easy to carry. We recommend using soft-sided bags to facilitate easier storage. You may also bring up to 3 items of camping equipment (including a tent).
Festival trolleys are allowed; however, they must be collapsible and fully collapsed before boarding. Please ensure your trolley is packed efficiently and not left unfolded in the queue. Please be aware that rail travel may have additional restrictions on luggage and trolleys - please check their conditions of travel.
Taxi / Drop Off
If arriving by taxi or someone is dropping you off, head to the drop off zone at West Gate. Always pre-book a taxi, there is a taxi point near West Gate where you can book your journey. Make sure you check the vehicle has visible licence plates and official driver badges. Never get in an unlicensed taxi - if you are unsure check with a member of Boomtown staff.

You can arrive by train with your public transport ticket.
The closest main rail station is Winchester which is about three miles away - National Rail Enquiries website has information for passengers with accessibility needs and the DPTAC also offers comprehensive advice for travellers with disabilities.
