If you booked Camp Skylark accommodation for 2020/2021 your booking is still valid and has rolled over to 2022.

A Skylark Resident Wristband costs £55 and can be purchased here. Accommodation must be purchased on top of this.

Yes, you need to purchase a festival ticket to enter the festival, the Camp Skylark wristband is for access to the Camp Skylark only.

Yes, you can only access Camp Skylark with a Camp Skylark Resident Wristband.

No, you can only buy a Camp Skylark wristband if you have booked accommodation. The lead booker is the person who purchased the accommodation. The lead booker must also put down the £100 deposit and purchase the correct number of wristbands for the amount of people that are staying in the structure.

No, you will be given an account by TheTicket Sellers so you can log in and book extra wristbands or any added extras at a later date. Remember, every person staying in Camp Skylark must have a Camp Skylark wristband.

The Camp Skylark toilets are proper flushing loos which are regularly checked, monitored and cleaned day and night throughout the duration of the festival.

Yes, there is an accessible washroom and flushing toilet within Skylark.

Camp Skylark residents are required to pay a £100 returnable deposit when booking an accommodation structure and required to sign a damage disclaimer form during check-in. This is a damage deposit for any potential misuse, damage or theft of supplied furnishings. 

You will be asked to notify Camp Skylark staff when checking out of your accommodation and a member of staff will check your accommodation. Damage, theft or breakage may result in part or full loss of your deposit or, in the case of serious misuse of equipment, you agree to pay, in full, all replacement or repair costs as set by us or the supplier. 

Upon approval from Camp Skylark staff, your deposit will be reimbursed directly from TheTicketSellers to the bank of the original cardholder.   Please allow 30 days for the refund.

You must vacate by 11 am on Monday 15th August, failure to check out by this time may result in the loss of your deposit.

Sorry no, all Camp Skylark bookings are non-refundable.

Access to Camp Skylark accommodation is from 2pm on Wednesday. Check out is on Monday 15th August at 11am.

Yes, anyone 13 or over requires a Camp Skylark wristband.

No, this year there is no ‘Bring Your Own Tent’ option in Skylark (pre-pitched only!). If you want to bring your own tent to Boomtown but still enjoy showers, flushing loos and a secure campsite, check out our new camping area Camp Orchid!

Yes you do! You must have a Festival Entry + Wednesday Upgrade ticket. If you hold a Public Transport Saver Festival Entry ticket Wednesday arrival is included with this IF you have booked your public transport to arrive Wednesday.

The £20 Wednesday Upgrade ticket can be added to your TheTicketSellers account via the ticket page here.

All you need to do is email National Express at and they will change it for you.

No! There will be no extra cost for the additional night in your accommodation, but you will need to make sure you have a Wednesday Upgrade festival entry ticket.

If you are arriving by car on Wednesday you will need a Camp Skylark car parking pass, which will be valid from Wednesday onwards. Please note that each person in the vehicle needs to have purchased a £20 Wednesday entry ticket.

You can arrive anytime from 14:00 onwards.
