Refunds, roll-overs, instalment payments and more.
This has definitely been an unusual year for tickets! Some of you have rolled over your tickets from 2020 and others have purchased new priced tickets for 2021. This means there have been some changes to existing ticket holders payment plans and fully paid ticket holders requiring partial refunds.
Don’t worry if you’re not sure about what to do, you can find out the latest info for each ticket type below.
CH12 Ticket Holders - Partial Refund Update
If you rolled your CH12 2020 ticket over to Chapter One: The Gathering you are entitled to a partial refund for the difference in ticket price. This will happen automatically and you do not need to do anything to activate this.
The TicketSellers will email you between 12th - 16th October to update you on your refund. This will automatically be repaid back to the original bank account from which you purchased your ticket and will be processed within 14 days of you receiving this email, alongside a new ticket confirmation email for Chapter One: The Gathering.

CH12 Instalment Ticket Holders Update
If you rolled your CH12 Instalment ticket over to Chapter One: The Gathering and were part way through a payment scheme, The TicketSellers have now reset your payment plan, reducing it to be inline with the new ticket price for 2021.
- If you have one instalment remaining you will receive an email from the TicketSellers between 12th - 16th October, which will include a personal link that you can use to pay off your remaining balance. The deadline to pay the balance is 12th March 2021.
- If you have multiple instalments remaining, the ticket price difference between the 2021 ticket and your 2020 ticket will be deducted from the outstanding balance and this will then be split across three payments. These will automatically be taken on 3rd January, 3rd, February and 3rd March 2021. You will receive an email from the TicketSellers between 12th - 16th October which will include a full breakdown of your new plan.

CH12 2020 - Roll Over Ticket Refund Requests
All CH12 roll over ticket holders will be partially refunded and have their Chapter One: The Gathering ticket confirmation email to them by the end of October. All ticket requests for refund for CH12 2020 roll over tickets will close on 16th October 2020.
Chapter One: The Gathering COVID Cancellation Policy - All Ticket Types
In the event of Boomtown being cancelled due to COVID, you will be eligible for a refund. You can find the full details on our cancellation policy relating to the pandemic in clause 1.5A of our T&Cs.
