PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW.
Unfortunately, every year we have increasing amounts of reports of fraudulent tickets being sold on.
We can’t ensure that tickets purchased from any third party sources are genuine and are we’re afraid that any invalid or duplicate barcodes WILL NOT be allowed entry into the festival site.
There were a lot of disappointed people we had to turn away last year - don’t let this be you!
However, if you didn't manage to get a ticket before they sold out, we have put some systems in place to help minimise the chances of people succumbing to fraudulent ticket sellers. Please read these to help us, help you!
If you can no longer attend Boomtown, we have the option to securely sell your ticket back to the festival.
Up until June 4th, we offer a full refund on entry tickets. Selling back to the festival gives the opportunity for another Boomtown fan to buy a ticket directly from the festival without the worry of fraudulent tickets.
We CAN refund all standard entry tickets - including traveller tickets including the ecobonds.
We CANNOT refund any transport costs (such as coach or shuttle). Please note we cannot refund any booking fees, added extras or partially paid split payment tickets.

The tickets will then go into the general resale in June.
Sign up for the Ticket Resale in June here. All refunded tickets and deposit tickets that haven’t been paid off will be sold then - but please bear in mind this is likely to be very limited!
