If I purchase Camp Skylark accommodation and wristband do I still need to purchase a festival ticket?

Yes, you need to purchase a festival ticket to enter the festival, the Camp Skylark wristband is for access to the Camp Skylark only.

Can I book a Camp Skylark Wristband if I haven’t brought accommodation?

This wristband can only be purchased if you have booked accommodation, therefore, the lead booker is responsible to book everyone’s wristband.

Do I have to book everyone’s wristband at the same time as booking my accommodation?

You will be given an account by The Ticket Sellers so you can log in and book extras at a later date - every person staying in Camp Skylark must have a Camp Skylark wristband.

Where is Camp Skylark?

Camp Skylark is located towards the East of the festival, next to the Lion’s Den and close to Whistlers Green.

What are the toilets like?

They’re flushing loos which are very regularly checked, monitored and cleaned day and night throughout the duration of the festival.

When do I get my £100 deposit back?

Camp Skylark residents are required to pay a £100 returnable deposit when booking an accommodation structure and required to sign a damage disclaimer form during check-in. This is a damage deposit for any potential misuse, damage or theft of supplied furnishings. You will be asked to notify Camp Skylark staff when checking out of your accommodation and a member of staff will check your accommodation. Damage, theft or breakage may result in part or full loss of your deposit or, in the case of serious misuse of equipment, you agree to pay, in full, all replacement or repair costs as set by us or the supplier. Upon approval from Camp Skylark staff, your deposit will be reimbursed directly from TheTicketSellers to the bank of the original cardholder. You must vacate by 11 am on Monday 12th August, failure to check out by this time may result in the loss of your deposit. Please allow 30 days for the refund.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Sorry, all Camp Skylark bookings are non-refundable.

When can I access my accommodation?

Access to Camp Skylark accommodation is from 2 pm on Wednesday. Check out is on Monday 12th August at 11 am.

Do under 12-year-olds have to purchase a wristband?

All 12s and under can come for free!

Do teenagers have to have a wristband?

Anyone 13 or over requires a Camp Skylark wristband.

How can I sort my bed and bedding requirements?

For all bed configurations and bedding requirements please contact the suppliers below directly.

Can I bring my own tent and use the Camp Skylark facilities?

As of this year, you can also choose to bring your own tent and camp in the Skylark ‘bring your own’ tent area - with a fixed number of unreserved pitches available, there is space for everyone to come and enjoy the Skylark facilities.

Each person camping within the Skylark BYO tent area will need to purchase a Skylark BYO wristband from our ticket page.

Camp Skylark Wednesday Entry FAQ’s

Do I need an specific ticket to come on Wednesday?

Yes you do! You must have a 5 day festival entry ticket. If you only currently have a 4 day pass; Wednesday entry tickets are £20 add ons for standard ticket holders. They are free for Public Transport Saver ticket holders but must be booked. For more information head to our ticket info page here.

How do I add Wednesday entry to my existing standard festival entry ticket?

The £20 Wednesday entry ticket can be added to your TheTicketSellers account via the ticket page.

I’ve already booked accommodation for Camp Skylark. Will there be an additional cost if I stay for the extra Wednesday night?

No! There will be no extra cost for the additional night in your accommodation, but you will need to make sure you have a 5 day festival ticket, which is valid from Wednesday onwards.

I would like to arrive by car on Wednesday, what type of car parking pass do I need?

If you are arriving by car on Wednesday you will need a Camp Skylark parking pass which be valid from Wednesday onwards. Please note that each person in the vehicle needs to have purchased a £20 Wednesday entry ticket. The 3+ car share rule does not apply!

I’ve already booked a coach to arrive on Thursday onwards, how do I change it?

Email National Express at enquiry@nationalexpress.com and they will change it for you.

What time can I access Skylark on Wednesday?

You can arrive anytime from 14:00 onwards.

Why wasn’t Wednesday entry for Skylark residents available when tickets went on sale?

When we originally announced Camp Skylark, it wasn’t possible for us to guarantee that all the infrastructure and facilities the area needs would be ready in time, which meant it wouldn’t be operationally viable to open. Since then, in the background we’ve been continuing to work really hard with all of our wonderful suppliers, moved a few mountains and removed the obstacles that were in our way and can now confirm that Camp Skylark will be open on Wednesday!
