Where is Boomtown Springs?

An excellent and central, yet spacious area to the North West of the site - close enough to be right up in the action within minutes. It's central enough to reach each side of site quickly but spread out enough to be able to get some relative peace and quiet!

What is included in the Boomtown Springs bundle?

A Boomtown Springs ticket is your 5-day festival entry and a whole lot of added extras!

Is Boomtown Springs suitable for families?

Families are welcome to camp in Boomtown Springs, however, please note the majority of the family facilities, especially for those with young children are situated within the designated family campsite near Kidztown and Whistlers Green. Please be advised that there will be adult entertainment in the evenings within the Boomtown Springs mansion and pool area.

As usual, all under 12's go FREE! Teen tickets are £295 and must be booked in the same way as standard tickets - by a guardian aged 30+ who will accompany the teenager. Please see more on our Age Policy here.


Can I get pre-pitched accommodation within the Boomtown Springs campsite?

Yep! Head here to see the options.

If you have already purchased pre-pitched accommodation elsewhere and are interested in upgrading - drop us an email on springs@boomtownfair.co.uk and we'll be able to talk you through it when the options come on sale!

Are there spaces for live-in vehicles in Boomtown Springs?

Unfortunately not for this year.

I’ve got a Boomtown Springs ticket but my friends haven’t, can I camp with them in the main festival site?

Yes, you have access to the rest of the festival as per standard entry.

I’ve got Boomtown Springs ticket but I’d prefer to be camped with my mates and won’t use the area, can I swap to a normal ticket?

Afraid not, these tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, you don’t need to stay in the actual area if you don’t wish - you are allowed to camp in any public campsite with a Boomtown Springs ticket and you are welcome to come back to Boomtown Springs to use the facilities at any time.

PA Tickets

I have accessibility requirements, can I come to Boomtown Springs?

Yes! There will be disabled access toilets and showers within the campsite, however, any other requirements will remain in our accessibility field, The Meadow. You are welcome to stay in the Meadow and visit Boomtown Springs for the facilities if you wish and vice versa,

Can my PA come with me to Boomtown Springs?

Yes! Applying for a PA ticket for Boomtown Springs is the same process as it is for a standard ticket. please email info@boomtownfair.co.uk or check out our access page here for more information.

Boomtown Springs Upgrade

I’ve already got a Boomtown entry ticket! How do I get into Boomtown Springs?

You can upgrade! Boomtown Springs access is £195 + £7.50 booking fee. Please email springs@theticketsellers.co.uk and include the email address you purchased your festival ticket with if it is not the one you’re emailing from.

I’ve got accommodation booked in Camp Skylark but I’d prefer to be in Springs, what can I do?

You can upgrade! Boomtown Springs access is £195 + £7.50 booking fee. Please email springs@theticketsellers.co.uk and include the email address you purchased your festival ticket with if it is not the one you’re emailing from.

Then please get in touch with TheTicketSellers by emailing springs@theticketsellers.co.uk and they will be able to help you your accommodation - either doing a straight swap or transferring you to a different accommodation type or just refunding if you would like to bring your own tent but camp in the Boomtown Springs area. Price, Refunds, Installment tickets

What is not included in the price of a Boomtown Springs ticket or a Boomtown Springs upgrade?

Parking at the festival must be purchased. Additionally, any pre-pitched accommodation is not included in the price but a generous space for your own tent is!

But I've already bought some of the added extras that are included in Springs but I would still like to upgrade? Can I get a refund?

Yes! If you've purchased other pre-pitched accommodation, reserved camping, showers, lockers or phone charging we can refund all of these if you're upgrading your ticket to a Boomtown Springs ticket. Simply contact the ticket sellers on boomtown@theticketsellers.co.uk and they will be able to arrange for you.

Can I do a split payment on Boomtown Springs tickets?

Yes! This year we are introducing brand new Installment Plan tickets which are available for all festival entry tickets! For Springs a £95 deposit is required which is followed by 3 automatic payments of £100 on the 1st February, 1st March and the 1st April.
