Child & Teen tickets

Kids under 12 come for FREE! But each child must still have a ticket booked - these can be added to adult tickets when booking through TheTicketSellers.

Teen tickets (13-17) can only be purchased by calling TheTicketSellers on 0121 472 6688. Teen tickets can only be purchased after parents/guardians (aged 30+) purchased theirs. All teen ticket holders must be accompanied by the parent / guardian who purchased their teen ticket.

Family camping will be open on Wednesday at 12 noon onwards, to give our families who are camping an extra day to get settled in advance - please be aware that if you are coming on Wednesday you will need a 5 day adult ticket (all kids & teen tickets include all 5 days).

Read more about accompanying children and teens in the Age Policy section of our Terms & Conditions.

If you have any issues with tickets please contact TheTicketSellers direclty on or call 0121 472 6688.

Travel, vehicle passes & shuttle busses.

As we all know, it's nearly impossible for a family to travel light, so to help lug bulky bits across site we have a free shuttle service from the family entrance to family camping to help ease the arrival and departure missions for those with little legs and lots to carry. Make sure you select ‘Car Park - Family’ when booking your vehicle pass.

If you are arriving by public transport at West Gate, we also have a free shuttle that will take you around from there to the family gate. These shuttles run Wednesday, Thursday and Monday.

When on site we have a free festival shuttle for families around family camping and the hilltop entertainment areas.

Campsite options for families

Families are welcome to camp wherever they like, but we have two dedicated family campsites; one for campervans and one for tents.

The family campsites are for people with children or teens only and are stewarded to ensure they are used by families only. You must request a family camping wristband for each adult in your booking, provided you have booked a child and/or teen ticket also.  This can be done on the ticket website. You need not request a wristband for the teen or child. We do ask that you respect your fellow camping families with noise and behaviour.

Additional wristbands can be requested by contacting White paper wristbands for children, for parents to write telephone numbers on can be picked up from the family hub and Kidztown offices.

Though not specifically for families, our pre-pitched camping options could suit those who wish to lighten their load. Our new pre-pitched area Camp Skylark has many different tent options and is located on the same side of the site as Kidztown.
