Boom Village welcomes everyone into our community and we aim to make things as easy as possible for any citizens who have accessibility requirements to enjoy everything the village has to offer.
The festival is a greenfield site and it can be challenging for everyone. Provisions and partnerships are in place to ensure there is support and accessible facilities available throughout the site. Including accessible camping, viewing platforms, wide access toilets and medical facilities.

If you need 1-to-1 support whilst on site, you can apply for a free ticket for a personal assistant to accompany you to the festival. We will ask to see documentation to confirm your eligibility, we currently accept a photocopy / scan of one of the following documents (dated within the past 12 months if DLA or Attendance Allowance).
We recognise that the documents above are not definitive. If you do not have any of these but wish to apply to use any of our access facilities, you are welcome to contact us so we can discuss your needs.
Please note, if you are paying by instalments, the PA ticket will not be issued to your account until the full price of your own ticket has been completed.
