Richie, or “The Breath Guy”, is a coach, author, speaker and Breathwork evangelist. It is his mission to spread the life changing possibilities of Breathwork to the world.

Breathing is the only system in the body that is both automatic and also under our control. That is not an accident of nature - it is by design and is the key to becoming a healthy, happy and high-performing individual. Richie’s own experiences with Breathwork have completely shifted his own life and beliefs on the potential of human beings. Having traveled around the world learning from many of the modern day masters of Breathwork, it is now his mission to share this powerful work with the world.

First Workshop: Breathwork: The simple science to your state of mind

The way we breathe is linked to every single function and system in the body and once understood can be used as a tool to radically improve our physical health and mental state of being. Once only practiced by enlightened yogis and spiritual gurus, breathing techniques are now being embraced by Navy SEALs, elite athletes and Silicon Valley executives alike for their infinite benefits.

It is time for you to discover, explore and develop the power and potential of your breath. The workshop is divided into two parts. In part one you will learn the science of how correct breathing improves both your physical and mental health. You will also be given simple and quick hacks on how to change your mental state instantly using only your breath.

Is it possible to achieve the same blissful states of no-mind, no-where and no-time that dedicated meditators take many years to achieve with just a few minutes of breathing? In part two of the workshop Richie will lead you through a series of breathing flows that will turn down the volume of your thoughts in a way like you’ve never experienced and leave you on a natural high with a sense of peace, clarity and blissful energy that you need to feel and perform at your best.
